Giorgio Divitini is a PDRA working on the EM characterization of photo-active materials for solar energy harvesting and photocatalysis. Currently he is
focussing on titanium dioxide in film or powder form as a photocatalyst, and on titanium dioxide-based solar cells. He is working with is Dr. Cate Ducati on an ERC funded project.
He also collaborates with several groups for the characterisation of nanostructured materials using high resolution imaging, STEM-EELS, dark field electron tomography and Focused Ion Beam tomography and sample preparation.
